I was walking down the Strand this morning when I saw a van pull onto the pavement on the lawn side of the road completely blocking it and causing other pedestrians to step into the road to pass the van. I am curious as to what happened to the house on the sea front, probably derelict for some time. It can be seen from the sea wall after the Coastguards bridge on the way to the Warren. I don't want to buy it or anything, just curious as to what happened and why obviously such a prime site is left undeveloped.
