How long till the broken bench at the bottom of the Lawn is removed or repaired?

It is an eyesore just wrapped in tape. Couldnt it have been removed straight away for repair or replacement?

Obviously not, the powers that be just want to make it look unsightly.

How about moving it to near the mud banks, making Dawlish even more an unsightlly joke?

Bench now fixed. Some snazzy new pieces of wood holding it together. Safe to sit on - lets have a party!
