The Olympic flame will arrive in Shaldon at 1737 on Sunday 20th it will cross the bridge and then be taken to Exeter via road a once in a lifetime opportunity to see the Olympic flame
J.WARRENER I just think you don't like Sainsburys i used to go to Exeter to shop at Tesco but we now have Sainsburys so i no longer have to go to Exeter. Sainsburys are not stupid there price reflects the cost of going to Exeter they know its not worth going to save 4p or even 10p. If for arguments sake there was a difference of 15p per litre a saving of £9.00 on a 60 litre tank it would be break ...

So you go to Exeter to fill up to save 4p a litre 60 litres saving £2.40 cost to run a car to Exeter and back wear and tear insurance fuel and time a lot more than £2.40 if you where saving 10p a litre it still wouldn't make sense. I think you should all ask if Sainsburys wasn't there what would the price of fuel be at Marine Garage ??
I would hazard a guess Lynne it will be about the same turnout that we had for the consultation on the Strand it will be the same people including myself who have some interest but unfortunately we are few and far between
Lynne there will never be any great expansion of jobs in Dawlish and i see no problem in being a commuter town. I have friends who work in London , Bristol, Reading , and one who works in Scotland they are all top earners £100,000 plus per year and that money is coming back to Dawlish more of the same thats what i think cant do anything but good. And i will add they all use trains and planes. ...
