Being a warren resident I am daily being forced to take evasive manouvers to avoid oncoming traffic driving in the middle of the road as to the unaware it is not a one way road , it is actually a two way cycle path to which cars are supposed to use the single carraigeway to battle it out. At least the Royal Family contribute a hell of a lot more than some of the lazy B'ds in this country, scrounging off the state, drinking, taking drugs etc and living a life on benefits. I dont hear of tourists coming to this country to see those sort of people and their houses.

Maybe the Queen does do a good job but certain of the others seem to be nothing but free-loaders. Why on earth do we pay for bodyguards for Prince Andrew's daughters, for example. He's made enough money cosying up to oligarchs to pay for them himself.

If I researched enough I might well be able to find out exact amounts. However, my point concerns the principle that they should contribute more than they ...

@Lynne This is as clear as mud to me. How much more do you suggest they should contribute? As opposed to what they contribute now , which is ........?

Your original post didn't say anything about them contributing more, just that they should contribute something. Make your mind up.

Yes, I know that. What I am saying is that they should contribute more. Lead by example and all that.
