As far as I am aware, the Methodist Church still run a pre-school play group. My children enjoyed it when they were infants. Yesterday's fixfest was well attended with over 40 fixes provided by highly skilled volunteer fixers. The organisers hope to do something similar again in the autumn.
@UPWITHIT the advert said the first fix fest so maybe there will be more.
