@Diana Mond - just because someone is the wife of a magician, does not mean she does not have the entilement to an opinion and a thought to the proprosal, same applies for the councillor who happens to be a lib dem, what i don't understand @Diana Mond that if you don't agree with it, like these two people don't, how do you feel they are not helping thier cause?
So I wonder if those who disagree with any or all of the sentiments expressed in either of those two letters might wish to be more explicit. In other words, rather than attacking the man (making personal comments about the authors) they attack the ball (the contents of the letters).

To state the obvious - that's a matter of opinion.
Just read the two letters. One from the publicity-loving wife of a trickster, and the other so all over the place that anyone would think the writer was a Liberal Democrat. They don’t really help their cause...

A survey published today by the BBC has detailed the performance targets for all the NHS trusts, it makes grim reading for patients living in this area. Both Torbay and RDE Trusts failed to meet targets for A&E, cancer care, and planned ops & care. Torbay fared significantly worse than RDE, which doesn't surprise me in the least.
