They have been there for 2 months they are old repairs on old repairs they will fill them in and then in 3 or 4 months it will be another hole on top of a another old hole and so it goes on.

It has been like it for 2 weeks every other site is full Sainsburys and Barton Car Park i have a car boot at bursting point with recycling i dont see any point trying to put it in the skips its just going to add to the mess.

The laws are in place but the only people who can now enforce them are Police Officers and they are stretched to the limit PCSO,s  have had there traffic powers revoked i presume to save money so the driver has a free hand to do as they please knowing full well there is nobody to enforce the law.  Just to put it in perspective a Police Officer issues a ticket for parking on zig zags the offence ...

Are the  sea bed,  tidal flows, wave shape corresponding to water depth, etc,etc,etc the same as Sidmouth its far from simple i believe a seabed study is in the pipeline to establish what can be done. When the Police where in charge of parking there where 2 full time wardens and one part time but they also dealt with other issues like VEL,s Insurance, MOT'S, ILLEGAL NUMBER PLATES, FOG LIGHTS, LOUD MUSIC. It has been made safe while they decide how to carry out repairs according to the local news

It shows very poor driving skills and it's very common in Dawlish the junction with Exeter Road and the High Street is a black spot for drivers cutting the junction the question is would these drivers pass a UK driving test if they drove like that on there test.  I have carried out research for a number of major organisations in and around Dawlish with reference to exactly these problems up to 80% ...
