So they will be poorer and we will be poorer. That looks like lose/lose to me.
majorp You are spot on one of my pet hates drivers parked wife in shop engine running, they do it in Sainsburys engine running in the winter to keep warm and in the summer for the aircon, i notice the same in town in should be a legal requirment to switch of your engine when stationary.

Vehicle drivers are the worst when it comes to polution. The reference to "too much money" is about how much poorer the EU will be when one of its largest net contributors is no longer paying into the coffers, but instead of cutting its cloth to suit its new means Juncker just plans to make the remaining members pay more. How very EU.
Thanks for the update re document. Totally agree with you about it being 'the' road that an awful lot of residents will use. And I am sure sat navs will take drivers along it as well. You wouldn't have a link for the plan that you refer to in your second sentence above, would you?
Ignore this document it is out of date. When TDC put in for the £4.2 million grant they provided a plan which showed all the new developments around Gatehouse Farm using the road. This means that any of the old estates will also access the link road rather than using Elm Grove Road if heading to Exeter. This business about the link road (when/if it ever gets built) being a major link through Dawlish. Are we correct about that? This is from a 2015 document concerning the link road. Well if by 'too much money is involved' you have in mind just how much money the UK will be poorer by its leaving the EU then those in charge may have a point!
Sadiq Khan is always talking Great Britain down, Is probably the worse mayor in the country Best to keep other opinions about him off this site (freedom of speech and all that). Lynne I do hope beyond hope the E.U cannot stop Brexit but those in charge will do anthing and i mean anything to scupper negotiations because too much money involved.
