Let sleeping dogs lie. There was no libel.
Thank you OurSoul. You forget SWW has an 03 number so if you've got free minutes tariff, it won't cost. Plus you get free on hold music while you wait to get through.
On average a tap uses 8-12 litres per minute so at full blast for two hours the usage would be 1.44 cubic metres, a cost of £3.42 (or if your water went clear after 10 minutes, that's 29p).
Why free bus passes and not free train passes? Is it just a throwback? If you installed Oyster card type readers on buses and at train stations you could quantify how much each company is to be reimbursed by DCC for free/subsidised travel. Presumably the driver already does something similar on buses.
I'd read about it but wasn't aware of the location. I just had a quick look at the planning application - pages and pages of documents but sorry to say it passed me by at the time. Maybe when it's not on your doorstep it holds less significance, then it's too late. I hope as they say it will be out of sight, it would be a shame if it scarred such a beautiful vista.
Whatever failings there are in the NHS, to have a community hospital like the Dawlish one on our doorstep should never be taken for granted. The minor injury and physio units have been a godsend to me in both quality and time.
Just tried it, I like it. I must say, I dealt with TDC's Building Control department recently, I thought they were very helpful and efficient. The Planning Department was not so well organised.
That's a joke right? Please tell me no-one would be fool enough to think that would be appropriate for the Lawn.
I saw them up close in Norway a few years ago, they were magical. If we saw them as a matter of course in this country I wonder if we might all calm down a bit? Without doubt Devon offers food for the soul too, do we end up taking such things for granted when there's easy access to them?
