What? No carrier bags. I know they're not good for the planet but to take them without warning?

I agree, it would be so much better pedestrianised. We could have some nice cafes there with loads of room for tables and chairs overlooking the lawn.

I'll tell you what I do expect considering the amount of council tax we pay: my bins to be emptied more than once a bloody fortnight. It stinks , literally!
