After the lies about our Youth Centre, i wouldn't trust our Mayor or Councillors. The word is spreading around the Town and there are a lot of angry parents. I also blame John Anthony, he knew all along about this. The names of Protheroe, Hockin, Mugford, Clemens, etc will forever be connected with dragging Dawlish down for their own greed. How can we get rid of this shambles?!
Why did you not informn us of this 'suspect' Youth Centre?! Can you explain why very little information was in the public domain when you are in council to represent us? Protheroe, Hockin, Mugford, Clemens, Price, Wills etc.....explain on this site why you have ignored the residents you purport to represent?! If you do not respond to my questions i will assume; 1) you are ignoring out of ...
Wake up you moron! Contact the Council?! Where was the consultation regarding the 'druggies' and 'offenders' being part of our new youth centre?! We have a local council who don't give a stuff about Dawlish....just themselves! Are you one of those councillors?! This Youth Centre is confirmation that Dawlish is sliding downwards while other towns gleam and shine. The answer? Get rid of our council ...
I don't know the cost - only had a quick look in today. And I've remembered its name now - it's Cheeky Monkeys. Does anyone have any details about cost, times etc?
What a lovely place this is and such a godsend to parents. I can't remember its name, though I know its something Monkeys.
Well, yes, it is small, I have to admit. But the kids are loving it so in my book that makes it a success.
Well said Oblivious
Last time I checked DCC was just short of being full for September 2008 intake. Seems both schools are popular - oh and guess what - I understand students living in Teignmouth are now applying to go to.... guess where? Yes, you've got it. DCC. It's a funny old world ain't it? It seems anywhere is better than the school right on your doorstep.
You are talking in the past tense so how long ago did all this happen?
We chose Dawlish out of the two of them. Bit like choosing a house really - what feels right for one person may not feel right for the other. Dawlish getting very popular now.
