I find the staff in general very friendly and polite! A few things missing but I just walk up to the other stores and gain some exercise in the process!
"Well said Goldenlad!" I don't get involved in political discussion for obvious reasons, but agree with your comments! Incidentaly I believe the "train footbridge"is to be replaced this autumn? Also,I have heard for over 3 years now about the facelift for the town centre.Now when is this supposed to happen? This autum,maybe spring 2012??? Again,lots of talks and Ideas but alas no action! To add to the above "selfish dog owners", last June I was at "boat Cove" .To the left of the boats was a woman with two small children and a large buggy. A large dog trotted ovre to where she was sitting,sniffing the children distresing the woman.The dog then cocked its' leg up and urinated down the side of the pushchair buggy and trotted off.I shouted at the dog and then saw the owner walking ...
I am not a dog owner so may sound biased but for good reason.I walked across the park to the right of St.Gregorys' church Today and saw 6,(yes 6) dogs running free across the lawn area while the owners congregated at a distance chatting.Now there is clearly signs situated at both ends stating, "Dogs must be kept on leads and must only use the paths.!" All around the area especially the pathway ...
