Still Morris & Mcginn for me, funny how these outsiders always try to take a bit of what someone else has been doing for years, what we need is new ideas and new businesses with new products. What happened to customer loyalty ha ha ha

Obviously you live up to your name! its probably because of small minded people like you that Dawlish does not have a wider range of shops, maybe instead of sitting on the side line looking for the negative things in life you could put your money were your mouth is and open a new shop!! And i Didn't realize that they sell carpets?? o yeah they Don't! or sell farrow&ball paint or wallArt or wallpaper or Do the work for you.....ect,ect,ect So maybe you should pop in and see what we do before your make silly comments. Thank you

Actually own more than one retail and service outlet in Dawlish and Teignmouth and I mean OWN dont rent with a capital investment in excess of 1-million pounds money which my family brought into and invested in the towns. The reason for my screen name is what a lot of people will take you for if you let them. So be careful and good luck. The lack of shops in Dawlish is a combination of a Duff council, greedy landlords the majority of which are and used to be on the council, corrupt planning departments and of course the majority who prefer to shop at Sainsbury's and Tesco's

Mug on head , great post, how to look an arsehole in 20 seconds. Why not tell us the name of your business, that way i can make sure i never use it again.

Take no notice emeralddecor, its the same old bitter idiot, that has been on hear using differnt names for years.Spends his whole life slagging off the council, the people of Dawlish and its occupants. Why he feels the need to put that he OWNS rather than leases, just about sums him up.Its just a shame he doesnt have the balls to put the name of his imaginary business on here.

Good luck Emerald Decor , you'll be a great addition to the town.

I find it hard to believe that "MugOnHead" having invested in over £1million in businesses would have the time or inclination to post on our humble website to attack a new business in the Town! This is one very sad lost individual with major issues who needs to evaluate his life and grow up!

...and like "J.Warrener" said, you've made an arsehole of yourself in 20 seconds for sure! In fact may add, you're a complete Plonker!!! Good day to you sir!

Great to see new shops coming in to town. Yes some will cause increased competition, but that is not a bad thing, will cause the affected shops to reconsider their offerings. Dawlish can only improve if there is change, and perhaps some disruption will occur.

Rainbow 1 - your point is?

Most people do their big shop out of town, why would local trades people (or their employees) be any different?

Anyone comparing Emerald Décor with Morris and Mcginn clearly hasn't been in Emerald and has no idea what they sell.

Mug on head (surely should be 'Nob on head') what on earth is wrong with you? ive just had a quick glance throught some of your other comments.

You are the most negative person out there, with that attitude there is noway you would of made any success out of any buisness, maybe that 1 million pound invesment had very little return hence your miserble attitude??

Good luck to emerald, looks like a tidy shop. Nob on head obviosly has not been in to compare what you sell to mcginns.
