Exactly, there will be no excuse. We have won the money and done really well to do that, so come on let's get on with it, ready for the summer.
I tell you what there will be an uproar if we don't get this, it would be totally unbelievable. So, come on get a move on. It is saving the council money, so lets get moving and get it ready in time for the summer hols, when the residents of Dawlish dont want the skaters getting under their feet (understandably) and they will have somewhere to go.
I am wondering the same thing. I hope people get moving on this, because it needs the money needs to be spent within 6 mths or we lose it!!!!! Come on, whoever you are, please get a move on, this was a one-off chance and we were so fortunate to win, thanks to all the community support.
I just wanted to say that it was a genuine result and people were instructed that they could vote up to 10 times on one phone number. The people of Bude were told this as well. Thanks, we all really appreciate the support we have received from all the residents - it's been overwhelming. Here's to spending 94k and building something which will keep the youngsters entertained for years to come.
