Given that two Councillors have been seen out this morning measuring around the bandstand area, it does make you wonder about the integrity of the plans on display.
I think the people of Dawlish have to support the proposal first - and that is far from guaranteed.
So no law has been broken, you just made it up.

If a certain Councillor has been dismissive of the electorate who put him/her into office then the public have every right to know about it.
Maybe some Councillors were only paying lip service for fear of looking disgruntled,
As terrible as this closure is for the town, I don't think Nat West are under any obligation to consult with the Town Council over the matter, they are after all a commercial company and can pretty much do as they please. As did HSBC a few years ago.
OK Mrs C, have it your way, and if you end up hating what is built, then you can keep your trap shut.
Or, if Cameron lives up to his promise of an EU referendum, we could get out of the whole stinking corrupt organistation much more quickly. Sadly, I don't think Cameron has any intention of being true to his word.
