Have any of you seen Mugabe on the news recently, wearing his chain of office? It looks strikingly similar to the mayoral chain. Does this point to other similarities.....like corruption, information suppression, land-grabbing, PR overload and money laundering? And let's not even mention moustaches.....
Oh you mean, fall in line and keep quiet? You can't stop corruption if you are part of it! The networking noose is tightened around the necks of those councillors who wish to voice dissent and expose the skulduggery, while others leave, disillusioned with the collusion that takes place.

The mayor of Dawlish, who is the beneficiary of this skulduggery, presents himself as an upright pillar of the Dawlish community. The residents of Dawlish are being fooled wholesale.
