Why should the elderly get a concession , thier dogs poo just as much. If a dog is barking all the while then report it to the council. they will write to the owner.If you see the same owner letting its dog poo everywhere then take a picture and take a walk to the local police tea and shower room and report it.

Sorry Lynn , i should have been a bit clearer. Personally i tend to vote for a candidate that lives in the ward, as long as they arent from the gang of 3.Always felt that they know the ward better than an outsider.
