Is it not the case that only the webmaster can use colours etc?? I just tried it, writing a message in colour, I could copy and paste from another source, but it still came up the way it is now. Perhaps somebody other than the webmaster can do it? If not does that mean the webmaster has been unmasked?

As far as I can find out DTC are the only council that do this, it is legal but I think it is morally wrong. My dog has also had a reaction to Frontline, could it be since you no longer need a presription they have changed the ingredients, I have been advised to use STRONGHOLD which does need a prescription.
