@Lynne - i had politely advised the couple that cycling was not allowed on the sea wall. the bloke replied 'i didn't know that' and just cycled passed. Actually there is another cyclist on another picture who barged his way passed a large group of people as well. The reduction in the weight has been going on for quite sometime, although the manufacturer's have tended to keep the packaging the same size.
