And I bet you a million dollars that it hasn't been TBC that has received a penny of the charges. TBC is in finacial difficulties, there is even talk of them cancelling their unitary authority status. Thanks once more Lynne for what may be an updated email listing. I will try sending my email again later today. My email lays out that I am opposed to the play park being located outside the (TIC) office.
