Perhaps Dawlish will be in the next 12 to be announced in July? Increased chances if located in the south-east of England? Why?. Perhaps then the issue could be raised with one of our District councillors given that four of 'em are Conservative and TDC is now Conservative controlled.

I've just contacted SPL via their online feedback form pointing out that whilst they state in their brochure that they "have been active in Dawlish for over 12 years" they do not support that statement with any examples of just what it is that they have been actively doing. As Nelson has said above, in their brochure Shutterton Park Ltd write that they "have been active in Dawlish for over 12 years" and that they "have a long and successful track record in the delivery of high quality regeneration projects". 1.Can anyone tell me where SPL have been active in Dawlish over the past 12 years? 2.
