If I recall correctly it was on the market with Fulfords a while back. If you look at the planning applications there's a dispute with a neighbour over access at the lower level.

Yes, I should have typed it out separately. @roberta - did you get a properly drafted solicitors letter? Would you be prepared to post it up or share what it said? Maybe our 5k is being spent on their legal fees.
@SoulofDawlish - there's a big difference between the principle of housebuilding and the appearance of them.
Interesting piece Flo. Perhaps next year Dawlish Town Council might wise up and top up the £5k grant it gave to the Airshow with the 5k it wastes on the Carnival. It's a much more deserving cause and benefits Dawlish way more than this sorry bunch.
