At least the old house is going to be replaced by two new detached houses, although what does that say to you about the state of the market? The worse thing is when idiots start splitting single terraced houses into two one bedroom flats. At this point you know it is all over and the market is about to collapse.

My conversation with a Dawlish NIMBY the other day: NIMBY: I see in the Dawlish Gazette that they are now building 900 homes instead of the 2000. Me: That's a shame.
