Anyone else notice that a planning application has been submitted to pull this house down and replace it with two detached houses.

So what!!!!

Planning applications are made so in the event that someone wishes to object then they can do so.

As Brazilnut says, so what?? if you object to this application then make your objection to the Planning authority concerned.

At least the old house is going to be replaced by two new detached houses, although what does that say to you about the state of the market?

The worse thing is when idiots start splitting single terraced houses into two one bedroom flats. At this point you know it is all over and the market is about to collapse.

As far as I am concerned doing something about this particular house and the site it is on is long, long, overdue.

Have no idea whatsoever why Rainbow1 talks the way s/he does. Don't think it's a kid - feel sure it's an adult.

I suppose s/he has fans somewhere (Brazilnut comes to mind) but as I have tried pointing out on other threads we are all entitled to put our views on this website - even though some would stop me posting mine!
