On a different note, why do you need to post under different names? I haven't looked at the site log for a while, but I'm wondering whether you are also answering to your own posts? If you are and you don't realise it I will let you know as you may need to get checked out for 'multiple personality disorder'. ;)
We've had a webcam in the past on this site, but decided it was too much of an overhead to run. If the guys in the top flat of sommerfields are willing to host one then we can link to it - no problem (I know they are on broadband). I think there is a webcam along marine parade used for surfers to check the surf. Don't remember the site name its linked to though.
OK. I know this is going nowhere, but: Do you mean someone from the local paper doing it or someone reading the local paper and typing it in? It would be nice to get the local paper to run the whole website then I wouldn't need to do much, not that I do much anyway!
Would like to do this, but I might be in breach of copyright as the website 'finalfiler.com' already caters for this hobby. Although, I think it may now be a software site. Have to look into this....
We are currently working on the next version of the website which will solve this problem. I guess the discussion forum is the best place for anyone who wants to contribute any ideas.
Thanks for the info. We have updated the site in light of your comments.
Does anybody have any good references on the history of the rock formations and constitution around the dawlish coast? I have researched a little before, but could not find enough material to do a section on it. I have noticed that 'Costal', 'Rock', 'Protection', etc. are very commonly searched on this site so any help would be greatly appreciated.
