In a word. Yes. It is part of the Cavanna/Bovis Homes development being built along Secmaton Lane. I walked through Elm Grove Wood and past James Plantation only this morning. Trees have been felled in James Plantation and there are notices all along its boundary fence with Elm Grove Wood warning of tree felling. Just in case anyone was thinking of taking a walk or cycle ride along Secmaton Lane today. Don't! You won't be able to get through. The part of the lane that is dedicated to cyclists and pedestrians is flooded due to water pouring of the field(s) which used to produce corn but which are now having houses built on them.
