From Dawlish Town Council's submission to TDC; "Some of the proposed sites are classified as undeveloped coast. It is imperative that these areas are preserved from all further housing development.". Yep! I'll go along with that. Question is though - will the planners at TDC?
Yes, I'll also be very interested to see what decision is made with regard to the Teignmouth Road site. It shouldn't be built on because it has Undeveloped Coast protection but..........

@Deedoodle @Burneside Suggest you ask Boris. I was, and am not, the ultimate decision maker. I am only trying to figure out the logic (assuming of course that there was/is some). But it does seem from news reports from around the world that COVID infected patients were/are given priority in terms of hospital treatment. Ps Get vaccinated, keep wearing the masks and keeping your ...
Yes, agreed, lots of other illnesses needing hospitilsation have been put to one side during this pandemic. But if you are ill enough to be in hospital then I'd guess that your immune system may not be working properly and thus you would be even more susceptible to catching, and dying from, COVID. So the best way to get other illnesses sorted out? Get the Covid hospitilisation figures down. ...
