Yes Michael I had my hard copy shoved through my letter box early last month but wasn't at all sure how widespread the hard copy distribution was so thought to myself at the time "Lynne, every now and then check the Dawlish Town Council website to see if it is online yet". Then forgot to do so, then remembered today. Even if the hard copy distribution is now more widespread than it has been in ...

Although not directly concerned with the Dawlish Warren/Shutterton Bridge still to be opened cycle path, I thought I post this letter, published in today's Dawlish Gazette, concerning other delays in completing the Exeter to Dawlish cycle route. "Is politics in way of cycle trail? Wednesday, 08 May 2013 robert parrish, of Swan Road, Starcross, writes: As a keen local cyclist ...
Thanks for having a 'go' though. As you say, I suspect land negotiations are involved, hence confidentiality, hence all I get is "there is a landownership issue" whenever I have made enquiries as to why the path has not been opened. Look forward to seeing what you get back (or, what you are allowed to put in the public domain from what you get back..........)
@MichaelClayson - any chance you could find out for us please just what exactly is the landownership problem all about?
@Fred - you talk of my household's finances. As you have absolutely no knowledge whatsoever of my household finances I wonder how you feel able to make the comment that you do in your opening sentences above. If enough people don't shop at Sainsbury's and go to Morrison's instead I am sure Sainsbury's will soon get the message. By the way, you haven't answered my questions re parking on the ...
Getting confused? Me 'n all. Please can someone tell us if there is to be parking in the Strand or not. If yes, 1. Which side of the Strand? 2. How many spaces? 3. Whereabouts on the Strand? 4. Will it be free and if so for how long? 5. What about the Strand car park - will cars parked there have a free period of time? I thought I knew the answers to 1. and 4. (same side as the ...
for info: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-22016195 and note this which I found on another link "some people on a workplace final-salary scheme pay less National Insurance (NI) because their state second pension is "contracted out". They will receive a reduced version of the flat-rate pension to acknowledge the fact that they have not been contributing to the state second pension ...
Just thought I fling in my fourpennyworth concerning things in Dawlish not progressing as perhaps they might. My particular moan concerns the yet to be opened cyclepath linking Shutterton Bridge and Dawlish Warren. Back last November I was told that it had not been opened up to the public because of landownership issues. Then, throughout the winter we had the road works taking place at ...
True. And so could you!
