With regard to the 'rundown shacks' that used to be at the Warren, have any of you been to a beautiful town on the east coast called Southwold? You need to take a look at the harbour area there, where not only will you find lots of 'rundown shacks', but lots of tourists as well, as these shacks are living history and befitting of the area.
