EU referendum "Should the United Kingdom remain a member of the European Union or leave the European Union?" The result was "Leave the European Union" The government has promised to implement the result. All we need to do is leave the EU and job done. So what's the problem Mrs May / Westminster?

May has deceived the public from the day she entered No 10, making countless speeches saying everything Leavers wanted to hear but then in private doing exactly the opposite.  She has now delayed the "meangful" vote till the end of February in the hope her Remain-deal will get through parliament in a last minute panic to fend off a no-deal exit.  I sincerely hope her ploy fails and we do leave on ...

United Kingdom – The Highway Code discourages undertaking on motorways with some exceptions (rule 268): "Do not overtake on the left or move to a lane on your left to overtake". ... On all roads, undertaking is permitted if the vehicles in the lane to the right are queueing and slow moving.

With motorways having three lanes, the so called fast lane (the lane nearest the central barrier), sometimes grinds to a halt and all the traffic in the secret lane and middle lane is still moving   ----undertaking. What you are saying is, that they should stopp aswell. Is that correct?

And that secret lane encourages drivers to undertake, although would it be classed as an undertaking manouvre on a motor way?
