How can a camera in a private car park detect anything other than you over-stayed the permitted time. It timed you in and timed you out, if the mathmatical difference takes you over the allowed time, expect a ticket. There is no charge to park on the zig-zags outside of schools but it is a contravention if you do and you will therefore (if ANPR/CCTV) is deployed in the area to capture those parked in contravention, will probably receive a pcn in the post. lisa problem as with others, they cannot answer a simple question and until they do they will all believe that ANPR can be used in LA P&D car parks when they cannot be used in those situations at all for enforcement purposes. If plod told you the stars are purple then according to your beliefs they are.
