Margaret, what's more worrying is the number of occasions that you completely misunderstand or misinterpret postings on this website. For the sake of your constituents, I really hope that the same doesn't happen in chambers. Nothing is a done deal, it can't be as the funding isn't there yet!!! As you well know but either deliberately or absentmindedly forget.
Many thanks for the link Michael. The proposal looks even better than I imagined! I pray that the town wins the funding to allow this exciting, imaginative and inspirational plan to come to fruition. Everything is crossed, but do you know a timescale for the funding decision to be made?

Does anyone know who has responsibility for the flower troughs hanging along the sides of Jubilee Bridge? Whoever it is seems to have forgotten to put new plants in them and the old ones look very despondent. Thanks.
