Fair enough DawlishBlue. I wonder why then so many more people choose to shop at Sainsburys than the Co-op?

Possibly that's because the natives embrace change rather than reject it out of hand?

No conpaison in my humble opinion. Sainsbury's is an infinitely more fulfilling shopping experience! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, a superb assortment of food and non-food items, plenty of tills open, and overall good value for money. Oh and cheap Gin & Tonic too...

I too shall be working, but I reserve my democratic right to celebrate the fact that the head of our state has been in office for 60 years by raising a toast to Madge whilst eating a traditional British meal. Chicken Tikka Masala and a pint of lager. And because it's a celebration thread, I won't get into a debate about the nett worth of the royal family to our economy. God Save The Queen!

If true, then this is really sad news. Is this only the Deli, or is it Too Delicious as well?

Why should it? Let's just celebrate a once in a lifetime event and enjoy it for what it is! I'm really pleased that someone is doung something in Dawlish for this occasion. I just hope that the usual nay-sayers don't try to put a dampener on it!!!!

Like.

and 1 person will view a thread more than once...

That link shows 124 new homes (not 250). Does that mean that more than 1 developer is building there?
