@Gary yes a safer crossing, for pedestrians and mobility users, can be made at Lanherne by installing a pelican crossing, and I thought that was part of the "plan". But that is a stupid option as it simply adds to the congestion and polution around Idsleigh Terrace, the best option is to install a slope thro Lanherne down to Beach Street. Do the people who make these decisions actually ever visit ...

Theres no work going on in the day either, drove past at 15:42 and all equipment closed up and nobody on site no wonder its going to take 6 months. Dont tell me they have to travel back to the depot to clock off, I have seen that excuse so many times before. I wonder what time they start?
You bet Lynne we are of the opinion that the Gatehouse Farm system will connect to the Bovis Cavanagh pipe and flow down Secmaton Lane. But who cares houses get built.

Truly affordable that the youngsters can afford that are built to a reasonable size , bungalows and a range of 2 3 and 4 bedroom houses with proper gardens and somewhere to put the bins that is not in a block 50 yards away from the property. Oh and off street parking for more than one car.

I am having my stiff cup of tea now, after being told that by the oposition that my statement on sewage was wrong because they are going to spend a large amount of money building a collection tank for the sewage which can be pumped away in an even steady flow. That is down a 6 inch diameter pipe that is taking all of Bovis / Cavanage and Strongvox. So that will not be a problem just like the ...
@leatash by my very approximate calculation and from knowledge gained in the building industry the profit before taxes for the gatehouse site will be between 15 and 18 million pounds, taxes of course can be legally avoided in many ways.
