I remember the years that some councillors were extremely proud of the fact that they didn't increase the precept year upon year. And from what i have been reading a lot of them nearly empty, they apparantly have to fly to keep there slots how stupid is that.
Just checked flightradar24 on Android platform and there are thousands of planes ferrying people all over the planet this morning!!!!!
