I use ECHO for my repeat prescriptions and so far they have been excellent. I requested a refill on my phone on Sunday and on Tuesday they were delivered. Great service. It saves me from having to go pick it up from the pharmacy which means one less person in the queue.
On a not unrelated matter: I was on the bus the other day and given the close proximity of the seats couldn't help but overhear a conversation between two of the other passengers. One was telling the other that her son-in-law works at the Met Office in Exeter and that his field of study was icebergs. Perhaps someone can ask if the rumours are true that the work is so far behind it won’t even be finished by the end of March!
They are refurbishing it but mainly to reconfigure things to try and stop the thieving that goes on blatantly every night!
