SBATT43. As an AOL subscriber I can confirm that they do use Indian Call Centres, which are not to bad re understanding the accent, I have sometimes had return calls from Ireland, they(Both)have always be helpful and patient, no complaints from me in the six years with them
I asked J Clatworthy about the cones placed in the Strand. My enquires have not been very successful and I think they were placed in The strand by mistake. John- I have now asked him who gets the bill for such a possible mistake.
