Whilst taking fotos in Paignton yesterday a Police Offficer and CPSO officer asked me what I was doing, I explained and all he would say was it was a civil matter, I tried to explain that only the Police and courts can fine you, and word Offence cannot be used as you have not comitted an offence, also tried to expaln that they cannot clamp and tow away blue ...

Several did put themselves forward the last time, but VFD having the majority co-opted a new one of their own.

SBATT43. As an AOL subscriber I can confirm that they do use Indian Call Centres, which are not to bad re understanding the accent, I have sometimes had return calls from Ireland, they(Both)have always be helpful and patient, no complaints from me in the six years with them
I asked J Clatworthy about the cones placed in the Strand. My enquires have not been very successful and I think they were placed in The strand by mistake. John- I have now asked him who gets the bill for such a possible mistake.
Further to my previous post, perhaps they could approach Sainsbury to see if they could set up a small outlet within the store.
