Does anyone know what all the road cones are for that have appeared on the strand today ( tuesday)

I know Piermont Place is going to be closed for 5nights from today, do you think they have put them in the wrong place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! shops are going to take a hammering again FFS

No one has any clue as to why they are there, at least 50% of the parking bays are blocked off, very concerning

I had to clear loading bay for Hovis lorry this morning

Maybe the cones are there because of an ice cream delivery?

I asked J Clatworthy about the cones placed in the Strand.

My enquires have not been very successful and I think they were placed in The strand by mistake. John-

I have now asked him who gets the bill for such a possible mistake.
