@flo - Agree entirely about the site next to the school. Went around it delivering leaflets a couple of months back. Awful lay out. I guess if you live there you would get a mental map of it (eventually) but for the occasional visitor it's awful. I even found the odd house or two facing into the courtyards located at the backs of groups of houses where those houses garages are located. ...
If 'they' aren't careful we will just have streets and streets of houses but with no facilities to go with them eg no shops, no dr surgeries, no chippies, no nuffin. All there will be, will be residences of one kind or another. And what about a pub?
Yeah - that's what I thought this temporary Sangs business was/is all about 'n all. How much did this temporary sangs land cost/will it cost TDC then? Or is it on loan to TDC from one of the landowners? A gentleman's agreement perhaps?
@Soul of Dawlish So.......this cash payment that TDC has accepted. Surely that is not in lieu of SANGS provision? I thought the developer could either provide their own Sangs or give money to TDC towards TDC providing the SANGS. The pro rata amount of SANGS is still needed surely, irrespective of who provides it, before any of the houses at Warren Grove can be occupied? Yes or No? ...

Thanks Flo - have just been writing (well, I would wouldn't I) a letter to this person's MP (well, I would wouldn't I) about all of this. Grrrrrrr. Have just been informed by a relative that a care worker turned up at 8.00pm and said that according to them that was the scheduled first visit. (which was not what Social Services told us!). Believe me everyone, you don't know the half of what ...
