According to the Govt. CIC website all assets of a CIC belong to the group that they represent. In this case that would be the community of Dawlish.
The same applies to HAs. You don't have to be renting in the private sector to get HB.
The stretch upstream from Jubilee Bridge used to be a boating lake. It would be nice for the kids (supervised by parents of course) if it could be again. It was never very deep there - not over the top of wellies - but never as shallow as it is now.
Think we need to read between the lines on this one. I reckon that the net effect will be to make it harder for people from outside the area to move into social housing in the area which has always been the problem with Home Choice Schemes.
Or an incentive to park at Sainsbury's, Morrisons, Asda or Tesco's perhaps? Maybe the powers that be who make up and enforce these rules should look more at helping people park in town centres (preferably for nothing) thus assisting those who have to pay ludicrously high business rates to make a living and keep our town centres alive. Just a thought.

I once sat in A&E Torbay whilst my son (in his 20s) went in for treatment, was diagnosed, scanned,anaesthetised, operated on and admitted without anyone telling me anything for 5 hours! But he was sorted, the op was purely exploratory and case solved so I can't fault the treatment...second to none...and that is really what it's all about.

Yeah, that has been thought of. Unfortunately I'm no longer part of it so can't answer for the current committee.
