'Friends of Dawlish Railway Station' does exist and Dawlish Community Trust work closely with them, they seem to know all about whats going on at the station maybe a note to DCT may give some answers.

That may explain why TDC don't show as civil enforcement officers, an adjudicator probably won't have jurisdiction to make judgement on whether the ticket was lawfully issued. Wow just think how much it has cost to produce those letters and hand deliver them, your £75 won't cover their costs, Quick get on and pay the bill before us hard done taxpayers have to subsidise your criminal ...

Ok, if we are going to be serious about this ticket lets start at the begining, Where were you parked as on street parking (not in a bay) is only enforceable by local authority if they have adopted civil enforcement powers, I am unable to recognise TDC as an adopted authority. Firstly establish whether your parking contravention is a civil matter or police enforcement matter, Local authority ...

Wow thanks wriggler, they said it was due to floods, I did question this and asked for the details of how many areas had been struck with 16' high floods to which the chap seemed rather puzzled (I think my sense of humour is wasted on so many), I suggested we went to an alternative provider, he thus told me that all provider are obliged to use openzone engineers thus the timescale being the same. ...
