I failed to say first and foremost do the owners of these Nursing Homes not have a duty of care to there residents to keep them safe and out of harms way.

Good point.  As you say many care homes now are privately run, profit making exercises. How many hundreds of pounds do they charge each week for each resident? How much do they pay their care workers? From what I can gather the government (the taxpayer) is now supplying, or saying it is supplying, PPE to all care homes (ie both council and privately run).  If the priority at the moment is ...

Goverment dont run care homes most are privatley run so do the owners of these establishments not have a duty of care towards there staff should they not have seen this coming and made preperations.

Because PPE (or the lack of it) is an issue in care homes. When the Labour Party was in power (as well as even more recently) the BBC was oft times accused of being right wing and Conservative supporting. ...but admitted (finally!) by the left wing, uber Labour Party supporting, BBC, was it not? Thought we were talking about PPE? Why the sudden switch to Care Homes?

There are no good reason to have bonfires ! if you have a garden just build yourself a composter and make some compost ( simple ) why do you want to annoy your neighbors  ? Why do you want to ruin the air you breath? children health are at risk so is yours , if you want to breathe in smoke go lock yourself in your bedroom with a packet of fags and smoke away

So when would you like bonfires  at night.?So you speak for some  people? I also speak also for some people. How do you know the bonfires are smelly? is that because your neighbour does not burn dried wood It's only your opinion and i couldn't c care less what you think.Keep taking the tablets.

Not as far as my dopey neighbour is concerned His garden is toxic as hell with the stuff he has sprayed on it. He also tips all his garden waste into tha alley next to him. law unto himself, miserable old t@#t.

Hedges should be left alone in the bird nesting season. There is legislation for this.
