Thanks Don. Having thought about it further, I have recovered the thread, left it closed and redacted the name of the person that was being discussed on there. The reason for this is because when people read the threads on here in the future, it is not very helpful to find a thread missing, particularly when another thread has popped up that is discussing it.
@J Warrener, The information from the newspaper article(s) was not vindictive. It had been on here for a couple of weeks. Nelson's intention was soley to cause a conflict or argument which is against the forum terms. @Nelson , Any member can post news articles on here. The same terms apply.
After several complaints about the 'Around the Courts' thread I have decided to remove it. Although I try not to remove posts if I can help it, this thread was clearly upsetting individuals and did not serve any purpose other than to be vindictive. I hope everyone is OK with this.
