STAMP DUTY

And it has just been announced, (officially) that only 50,000 people will benefit from this STAMP DUTY fiasco. And of those 50,000 should they be lucky enough, will still need to find a sizable deposit. And unless you cannot work out a deposit, here it is: For a 20% deposit on a £125,000 property, you need to find £25,000 plus the fees that go with it. For A property costing £175,000 you will ...

Wondering, like Joey Deacon, are unable to look at the facts. Stamp duty does not mean a thing if you haven't got the money to put down on a deposit. And let me say this," If you are foolish enough to put down a deposit on the sky-high prices that are out there, and house prices continue to fall," then who's fault will that be that you have found yourself in NEGATIVE EQUITY?

Manipulation of figures, disfiguring the facts, misleading statements, are practiced all the time by those in authority. Something that Joey Deacon, the truth and a few others are attempting to hide - all of the time! OMG, I have just realized the JD has gone to sleep, please tip toe around and don,t wake him please.

What is all this rubbish about fairtrade? who is it fair too? who are the biggest beneficiaries? Every where the men of the cloth touch down in Africa, it is a disaster. Speak to some of the producers who got sucked into this not-so-fairtrade business and then speak to those that belong to other cooperatives. Contractual arrangements are hard to understand for many in this country, when many are ...

I have had this out with supporters of fairtrade in the past. None of their side of the arguments I had with them are sound. I once belonged to a cooperative that was supposed to benefit members of the cooperative - it did not. The people that benefitted the most, were those that did the organizing; in the case of fairtrade, it is people with a stiff white collar around their neck. I have ...

Sorry for the spelling mistake, "InveStigative". I don't want Joey Deacon up my ARSE!
