There's been an unresolved problem for at least 30 years. Dawlish is a strange little town and, in some ways, very self destructive.

I do wonder how young people will manage to ever leave home. I can't see them doing it unless they meet someone and/or save a lot of money for a lot of years. I don't mind fireworks too much, the dog doesn't like it but we can usually fit in a long enough run for him not to get too distressed in the evening. Can I also make a plea to all dog owners to teach their dogs to come back to them. It's doing my head in every time I take my dog out whether on a lead or not some big bouncy dog (usually a boxer) comes bounding over to jump all over him. A lot of dogs and people don't like this.
