General Discussion

Heavy lorries delivering to a building site would not be able to use little week lane and traffic comes into the lane on return from Exeter direction. NO MORE HOUSE TO BE BUILT WITH ACCESS INTO SECMATON LANE.

If you look at the planning app the Jeffery's have included a path on their development but the rest of the lane will still be the same. The bolders have been moved as work is going on in the field to put in the sewarge system for the building going on further up the lane.

Holiday makers have gone home so now they have to fight for a reduced trade

Thanks for the info Lynne

Flight Path

@Mcjrpc there is a designated flight path over dawlish so dependent on wind direction and aircraft destination flights will pass over us. still not as bad as the poor people near heathrow where it is one aircraft every 75 seconds at peak times.

So the poor coach drivers parking at Sandy Lane will have to either have to try and get to the lawn or hold it. Good move Teignbridge another reason to stop the coaches coming to the town.

@Lynne will your feelings be the same when an islamist nutter sets off a nerve gas bomb in london or somewhere else that was supplied via saddam hussein to syria.

Joke Wages

Working time directive says not allowed, must have minimum 11 hours between shifts. So 14 + 11 = 25 and there are only 24 in a day.

Tell that to the idiots that run the country

Agreed, and perhaps the land owners on the north side of Secmaton Lane who are busy putting in planning applications for more houses outside those in the 20 year plan need to think also.
