Stand down, nah! they are all too full of their own importance to do that. I see the "Vote for me" boards are going up - let battles commence. If you want better old age care, don't vote for the tories. If you want a better fairer education system, don't vote for the tories. If you want the NHS to provide the service we all deserve, don't vots for the tories. If you want more ...

Look at the mares sorry Mayor's elected in the past, what a shower and what is it worth other than them being called the mayor. I have seen the mentality of those elected and did not have to guess at the mentality of those that elected them into office. Sometimes I wondered if other councillors were having a laugh as to who they voted for.

I'm no pancake expert but I know tossers when I see them. So who will become the Mayor of Dawlish, I don't give a toss but it usually ends in a toss up as to who will get the job.

When are they going to occupy those two blocks of flats in East Cliff Road? When are they going to finish off those flats in the High St? Local authorities have a duty to house and under present legislation, they can acquire any property that has ...

Put your name down on the housing list and find out. There is nothing stopping you putting your name on as many lists as you like. Local authorities (Teignbridge for instance)under the Data Protection Act, have no way of knowing how many list you are on, they only know there is a number on a list, but you could be on two dozen. Get my drift? Your name then becomes as many as you have listed. That ...

Three bedroom house in Exeter rented from Exeter City Council £80 per week, double glazing, gas central heating (extra) Gardens front and rear. A garage if you want it at an extra £1.50 per week. Why are private landlords fleecing everybody? But then again, something is only worth what someone else is prepared to pay and if there are those that wish to pay that sort of money, good luck to them. ...
