Sorry im not racial prejudice, but the Uk sucks , we give over£ after £ to these so called third world nations !! but our eldery people suffer why! They fought for this country and when times where hard they worked hard , and now the world as gone compleatly wrong with this PC stuff!!! some one said crime doesnt pay , you will get caught for it ,,however if you get caught what happens , you get 3 ...
All i can say is i read all your replys and im stunned ! Fistly Tesco would create over 200 localjobs!! 2ndly you will have convient store within walking distance , 3rdly what are you gaing and what are you loosing !!! you loose a 2 pitches of football that so called dog lovers allow there dogs to crap on it and not clean up .... and what are you gaining a state of the art superstore with loads ...

Dawlish united as nothing to do with Dawlish Town !!!! Dawlish united have children from the ages of 6 to 16 the youth of dawlish , The 2 clubs are completley different , and have nothing do with each other. DAWLISH UNITED have been offered nothing by Tescos Nor TDC .Dawlish united want to stay , but TDC nor dawlish Town want this\ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There was bomb scare, some dumb student took a round in, Plymouth navy bomb squad where called in, and its nothing, I take it the kid should be doing media studies, he certainly got the media :)
Lets be honest here. The words "Dawlish Community" and "TRUST" should never be utterd in the same sentence. Do YOU trust anyone in Dawlish ?
I,m not really concerned about the dog poo, as i said, we dont go there, i find better and cleaner places for my kids to play.I have more important things to do with my time than, chase up a load of useless council representatives, who do absolutely nothing apart from scatter the odd poo bin around and thinks thats their job done.
Before you get on your soapbox lily, the reason my children dont play on the Sandy Lane field, if you read my posting thoroughly, is because its covered in dog poo, not the cleanest of places for kids to play on, maybe if the dog walkers had a little more consideration, maybe i wouldnt have made tis decision.
Yes im sure a there will be heaps of underage kids at the new Tesco buying bottles of cider for there skate home..yeah right! What a cheap shot. The new Tesco store wil be half the size of the Newton Abbot store, i cant see what all the fuss is about.
