Sorry to hear of delay. I know the feeling well, the sale in NZ of my house was also delayed and then delayed again. SO frustrating. Hope all sorts itself out soon.

Perseids Meteor Shower - will be at its annual peak over the next few nights. Apparently best just before sunrise is best, but well worth a look up at anytime. Up to 60 meteors streaking through the skies per hour at times.
