Spotlight last night (I think I've got this right) was saying we can expect a second platform/crane to turn up alongside this one. Don't know when. But it still looks as though we won't get our seawall walk back till January (assuming no more storms !).
Had to miss the Air Show this year, sadly. But, as I was coming out of the Smugglers yesterday about 6-ish, who should fly over but the Red Arrows, in two tight groups of four and five. Their website says they were flying at Dartmouth y'day evening so I guess that's where they were heading. Funny thing was, absolutely no-one else even looked up. Old hat, I suppose ... but I enjoyed seeing ...

At the moment we have (1) the Shaftesbury (the only venue with a stage, lights etc), (2) the Manor House and (3) various churches and their attendant halls (including the Strand Centre in that class). Most of these are uncomfortable, ...
Red-eye from Bristol !? We're flying from Exeter next week with Flybe - and that's at 0700, which doesn't sound too bad but when you add in two hours' check-in time ...
Have you seen this http://new.devon.gov.uk/libraryreview/libraries/dawlish-library/ re Devon CC's proposals for change ?
Um, what has all this to do with Maria Miller's expenses ?
